1. Permitted Birds

Only other captive birds such as parrots, finches, canaries, and small exotics.

Not permitted: poultry, game birds, ducks, geese, swans, or ratites.

2. Registration & Paperwork

All sellers must be registered on the Kept Bird Register and show proof on request.

No birds from any avian influenza disease control zone.

3. Bird Health & Welfare

Birds must arrive healthy, clean, and fit for transport/display.

4. Cages & Display

Use secure, clean, escape-proof cages of suitable size.

No overcrowding.
